Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for operating systems or applications intended for deployment at a client end. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that the software meets 100% quality assurance parameters. Understanding product/software requirements, designing solutions, and conducting software development activities throughout the software development life cycle will be crucial aspects of your role. Collaboration with project managers, functional teams, and systems analysts to gather information on software capabilities and client requirements will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Code, develop software modules, and ensure optimal software development - Evaluate operational feasibility, design test cases and scenarios for software validation, and modify software to enhance performance and fix errors - Prepare error-free code, reports on programming project specifications, and maintain comprehensive documentation - Provide regular status reports and maintain a strong focus on customer needs - Capture client requirements, obtain feedback for timely delivery, and participate in ongoing education and training - Collaborate with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces, develop specifications, and document solutions - Focus on Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring of Software, Quality & Customer Satisfaction, and MIS & Reporting Qualifications Required: - Mandatory skill: Oracle Fusion Apps - HCM - Experience: 5-8 years in the field If you are inspired by reinvention and aspire to evolve in your career and skills, Wipro offers a dynamic environment where you can realize your ambitions.
