We are seeking a Developer Support Engineer to assist external developers and clients in integrating, troubleshooting, and optimizing our products and APIs. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and clear communication to support development teams and ensure a seamless developer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to developers via email, chat, or ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot API issues, SDK errors, and integration bugs - Guide clients through best practices, product features, and implementation - Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to resolve escalated issues - Create and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles - Collect developer feedback and contribute to product improvement - Monitor and report recurring issues to improve product stability
