Description
You will play a crucial role in working on products aimed at enhancing the overall Entry Point experiences for the SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Your main focus will be collaborating with SAPUI5 core teams and customer-facing application teams to ensure that the features developed are scalable, user-friendly, and meet the needs of customers. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing requirements, conducting feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts, particularly AI-based POCs, and leading the end-to-end development of new features while maintaining existing functionality for optimal performance and reliability. It will be essential for you to provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, actively engage in cross-team collaborations, adopt best practices, and continuously strive for enhancements in code quality and development processes. Operating in an agile and fast-paced environment, you will actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and continuous delivery efforts. Your expertise in software development, particularly with a strong foundation in JavaScript, TypeScript, and web technologies, will be crucial for this role. Experience in building scalable and maintainable UI frameworks/components, ideally within the SAPUI5 ecosystem or similar environments, will be highly beneficial. A solid understanding of AI and ML concepts, along with a passion for applying them to enhance user experiences, will set you apart. You should be comfortable working in agile teams, driving end-to-end feature development, and collaborating across organizational boundaries. Your ability to analyze complex requirements, conduct experiments through POCs, and deliver production-ready solutions will be key. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a dedication to clean code and best practices are essential attributes for success in this role.
