Key Responsibilities: - Understand the requirements and design of the product/software, develop software solutions, investigate problem areas, and facilitate root cause analysis. - Collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts, confer with project managers, and analyze client requirements. - Perform coding, ensure optimal software/module development, develop and automate processes for software validation, and modify software to fix errors or improve performance. - Prepare reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status, compile documentation, and coordinate with the team on daily project progress. - Capture requirements and feedback from clients, participate in continuing education and training, and consult with engineering staff. - Document and demonstrate solutions, ensure good quality of interaction with customers, and provide timely responses to customer requests. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in software development. - Strong proficiency in programming languages and software development life cycle. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Experience in troubleshooting, testing, and quality assurance processes.
