Developer - IT Fullstack

Role Overview: As a Full Stack Developer at Welspun, you will be responsible for managing the development of all server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Your role will involve integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application, requiring a basic understanding of front-end technologies as well. Key Responsibilities: - Developing front end website architecture and designing user interactions on web pages - Developing back end website applications using Java, SpringBoot, and Spring Framework - Creating servers and databases for functionality and ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones - Ensuring responsiveness of applications and developing microservices - Working alongside graphic designers for web design features and designing and developing APIs - Meeting both technical and consumer needs by staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages - Collaborating with team members to determine best practices and client requirements for software - Developing intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of the company - Professionally maintaining all software and creating updates regularly to address customer and company concerns - Analyzing and testing programs and software to ensure security and data protection from possible breaches - Overseeing the debugging and troubleshooting of system errors to ensure high-quality software production - Collaborating with front-end and back-end web developers around programming and coding issues - Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying them to developers - Working on improving existing software programs and applications - Providing technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer - Proficiency in Java, SpringBoot, Spring Framework, and other relevant technologies - Strong understanding of front-end technologies and mobile optimization - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members - Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and convey technical information effectively (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
