Developer II - Enterprise Solutions - Salesforce Developer

You are seeking a talented Salesforce System Analyst/Developer with 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development, implementation, administration, and configuration. Your role will involve hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce administration. It is crucial to possess strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with multiple Salesforce clouds, and the ability to collaborate effectively with USA-based teams and IT/business stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing custom Salesforce applications and solutions, performing Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization, designing and developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex-based applications, ensuring code quality, unit testing, and deployment best practices, working on Salesforce integration with external applications using APIs, troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce development and deployment errors, collaborating with USA-based teams and IT/Business stakeholders, configuring and customizing Salesforce objects, page layouts, record types, and workflows, and maintaining security, profiles, and access controls within Salesforce. To excel in this role, you must have hands-on experience in Salesforce Development, including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura framework, and Salesforce Administration. Additionally, you should demonstrate expertise in Customization & Configuration with Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Validation Rules, Process Builder, and Approval Processes. Your experience with Integration & APIs, CI/CD & Deployment tools, Salesforce Admin Activities, ETL Tools, Object-Oriented Programming, and relevant certifications will be highly beneficial. An educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and App Builder Certification is mandatory. Advanced Developer Certification or Advanced Admin/Consultant Certifications are considered advantageous. Experience with Sales, Service, and Community Clouds, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Einstein AI, Analytics, Field Service Lightning, Salesforce Mobile Development, Heroku, Radian6, Einstein Analytics, SQL, PL/SQL, database development, and web development skills will further strengthen your profile and contribute to your success in this role.
