Role Overview: You will be working closely with our GenAI team to develop, fine-tune, and deploy intelligent automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and create value across RuralShores business functions. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in logical thinking, programming concepts, and data handling, with a keen interest in AI-driven technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in building and testing GenAI-based applications, automation scripts, and digital tools. - Support data preprocessing, prompt design, and integration of AI models into business workflows. - Collaborate with developers and business analysts to identify AI use cases and translate requirements into working prototypes. - Explore and experiment with various AI frameworks, APIs, and open-source tools. - Document processes, maintain version control, and ensure project deliverables are met within timelines. - Continuously learn emerging AI and ML trends to contribute innovative ideas to the team.
