Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Siebel CRM platform. Configuring Siebel applications based on business requirements and technical specifications. Integrating Siebel CRM with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP web services and middleware technologies. Carries knowledge on unit testing, system integration testing, and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT). Collaborating with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior team members and peers. Supporting production systems and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Documenting technical designs, release notes, and other relevant artifacts. Experience in Siebel IP17+ versions. Required Skills and Experience: 7-10+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development and implementation. Proficiency in Siebel Tools, including configuration, scripting, workflows, and business services. Strong understanding of Siebel architecture, data model, and integration methods. Experience with Siebel Open UI is highly desirable. Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML. Familiarity with Oracle databases and SQL. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Qualifications: Siebel certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Expert, Siebel CRM). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
