Job Description

Expert in Partner/Customer Onboarding
Collaborate with internal specialists and external trading partners to troubleshoot complex mapping, AS2, or SFTP setups and issues.
Automate EDI workflows and improve customer onboarding by streamlining common tasks.
Analyse document flows to identify opportunities for system and performance enhancements.
Support inventory of trading partners, message types (X12/EDIFACT), protocols (AS2/SFTP/Direct), maps, SI Business Processes (BPML), mailboxes, certificates, volumes, and SLAs.
Proficient in SI CIMS/B2Bi integration patterns, enveloping/ack (997/999), error handling, replay, and reconciliation.
Proficient in AS2 configurations (signed/encrypted, sync/async MDN), SFTP hardening, certificate lifecycle, and connectivity.
Review map inventory for reusability vs. rewrite; define standards for naming, versioning, and testing.
Specify unit/system/partner UAT and negative testing protocols.
Experience in wave-based migration strategies, dual-run execution, and Hypercare stabilization

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years in B2B/EDI with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SI 5.x/6.x)BP modeling, adapters (AS2, SFTP, HTTP/S, MQ, JDBC), mailbox, clustering/HA, and performance tuning.
Proven migration experience from TrustedLink/Gentran to SI/CIMS/B2Bi (map conversion, re-enveloping, functional acks 997/999, TA1, 824).
Deep EDI X12 knowledge: 850, 855, 856, 810, 860, 867, 940/945/943/944; healthcare formats (835/837) are a plus.
Strong AS2 expertise (certs, MDNs, payload signing/encryption, TLS, ciphers), SFTP hardening, firewall/NAT, and DMZ patterns.
Database experience (Oracle/Postgres/DB2), SQL performance checks, and scripting (Java, Groovy, Shell) for tooling and automation.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Axway B2Bi (or target B2Bi vendor), MuleSoft/Salesforce B2B add-ons Key skill (Only one) IBM Sterling Integrator Mandatory skills (Can give upto 3) IBM Sterling Integrator, EDI, AS2 & SFTP Security Expertise
