Position Overview:

Technical Consultant (Contract)

Power BI

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain

  customizations, extensions, and integrations

  within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using

  AL language

  and

  Visual Studio Code

  .
• Develop and publish

  Power BI reports and dashboards

  based on Business Central data and Azure data sources.
• Work closely with

  functional consultants

  to translate business needs into scalable, high-performing technical solutions.
• Manage

  data migration, environment configuration

  , and system performance tuning.
• Build and maintain

  APIs and web services

  for external application integration.
• Collaborate with the DevOps and Managed Services teams to ensure smooth deployments and ongoing support.
• Maintain high-quality code standards, documentation, and version control using

  Azure DevOps

  .
• Provide

  technical troubleshooting

  and end-user support as required during and after implementation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 36 years

  of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV development.
• Strong proficiency in

  AL

  ,

  C/AL

  ,

  Visual Studio Code

  , and

  Business Central AL Extensions

  .
• Experience with

  Power BI

  data modeling, DAX, and report publishing.
• Familiarity with

  Azure DevOps

  ,

  Git

  , and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of

  Business Central architecture

  , workflows, and database schema.
• Knowledge of

  SQL Server

  ,

  API integration

  , and

  web services (REST, OData)

  .
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Microsoft certification (preferred but not required):

• MB-820: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer Associate

Contract Type:

• 612 months (extendable)

  based on project performance and client requirements.
