Ensure clear and effective communication with team members, particularly within project standups and ongoing task tracking. Take ownership of tasks while working within an established structure and manage changing priorities when necessary. Demonstrate a proactive approach in solving problems and propose innovative solutions to improve existing AI frameworks. Required education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise 2+ years of relevant industry experience Proficiency in Python and experience in developing projects (either through college work, internships, or personal projects).
Demonstrated innovation and creativity in AI-related projects or any technical domain.
Foundational knowledge and interest in artificial intelligence and modern AI technologies (such as machine learning, deep learning, NLP, etc.).
Ability to work in a collaborative, structured Agile environment and manage tasks within a sprint while maintaining flexibility for high-priority changes.
Strong communication skills and an ability to work well with different teams to ensure project success and progress.
Preferred technical and professional experience Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries (such as TensorFlow , PyTorch , scikit-learn , etc.).
Experience with version control systems like Git .
Experience in Agile development processes, task management, and team communication.
