As a Principal Frontend Developer (Angular) at Hyland Software, you will play a crucial role in developing complex code, maintaining codebase, and contributing to the overall growth and quality of the department. Here's what you will be doing: - Develop complex code based on functional specifications, ensuring alignment with established standards - Maintain and improve codebase, data design, and best practices focusing on performance, security, reliability, and quality attributes - Contribute to the software architecture and create implementation standards and guidelines for projects - Perform peer code review and analysis, providing insights on software changes" broader impact - Act as an innovative thought leader and trusted advisor, contributing significantly to the department's growth - Identify and articulate the business value of software changes to stakeholders and contribute to prioritization - Lead the implementation of delivery pipeline, including test automation, security, and performance - Design development standards to ensure compliance with industry practices and regulations - Mentor and provide feedback to team members, acting as an escalation point for complex issues - Share knowledge and coach on best practices and market trends To be successful in this role, you should have: - Minimum 7 years of experience in programming in Angular - Experience with Typescript/Javascript, Clean Coding, TDD, Object Orienting, SOLID principles, Relational Databases, CI/CD, and Containerization - Knowledge of Cloud and Microservice Architecture/SOA with a service bus pattern - Experience with data structures, algorithms, software design, and continuous software delivery - Proficiency in build environments, delivery pipelines, test automation, and continuous integration tools - Familiarity with software application testing tools, methodologies, and process framework - Ability to work with remote and international teams, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills - Strong oral and written communication skills, collaboration skills, and attention to detail - Technology curiosity, aptitude to learn quickly, and ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and business partners - Self-motivation, project management skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team environment If you have experience with GitHub Actions, it would be a plus.
