Developer 2 (Angular Developer)

As an Angular Developer at Hyland Software, you will be responsible for developing code based on functional specifications and enhancing product code by identifying refactoring opportunities and architectural improvements. You will test code thoroughly to ensure it meets technical specifications and functions as intended before submitting it for code review. Additionally, you will create and implement automated tests, including unit tests, and contribute to software development methodology standards and processes. Your role will involve designing logic and algorithms in alignment with established standards, conducting peer code reviews, and understanding software requirements to impact design specifications. You will also play a key role in the implementation of delivery pipeline, focusing on test automation, security, and performance, and provide troubleshooting support for production issues or software code issues to ensure application stability. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of three years of experience in Angular, strong expertise in TypeScript, and hands-on experience in Angular 17. You should also possess knowledge of data structures, algorithms, software design, and continuous software delivery. Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages such as Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, or JavaScript is essential. Experience in working with Windows/Linux development environments, open-source tools/platforms, build environments, and delivery pipelines is also required. Furthermore, familiarity with test automation, continuous integration tools, software application testing tools, methodologies, and process frameworks is crucial. Effective oral and written communication skills, collaboration skills, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and the capacity to provide technical feedback to team members are key to success in this role.
