Key Responsibilities: Assist the Hospital Manager in day-to-day operations of the hospital. Coordinate with various departments including nursing, housekeeping, maintenance, and security. Oversee patient admissions, billing, discharge processes, and customer service activities. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and accreditation standards. Maintain staff schedules, leave records, and coordinate duty rosters. Monitor inventory of medical and non-medical supplies; coordinate with procurement. Handle patient grievances, feedback, and complaints effectively. Generate daily/weekly reports related to operations, occupancy, revenue, etc. Organize staff meetings, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
