Key Responsibilities:Plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across departments. Develop and implement operational systems, processes, and best practices that contribute to improved efficiency and productivity. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of operations and implement improvements as needed. Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting for operations. Collaborate with the finance, HR, and procurement departments to streamline processes and support strategic initiatives. Supervise and mentor team leaders and other key staff; conduct performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry regulations. Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies. Manage inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations (if applicable). Prepare regular reports on operational performance, metrics, and improvement plans.
