Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled professional who has hands-on knowledge in formulating and manufacturing detergent powders, liquid detergents, and other household cleaning materials. The candidate will be responsible for product formulation, quality consistency, production supervision, and new product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve formulations for detergent powder, liquid detergent, phenyl, floor cleaner, dish wash, and other cleaning agents.

• Ensure product quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

• Oversee day-to-day production operations and mixing processes.

• Conduct testing and maintain formulation records and quality reports.

• Source and evaluate raw materials and optimize batch costs.

• Work closely with management to introduce new products or improve existing ones.

• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in production.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in detergent or cleaning product manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of chemical formulations, mixing ratios, and raw material compatibility.

• Ability to handle lab trials and scale-up production batches.

• Understanding of quality control, lab testing, and documentation.

• Diploma/Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred.
