You are a talented and experienced Website Designer with over 4 years of hands-on experience in creating visually engaging and user-friendly websites. Your primary responsibility will be to craft stunning digital experiences that align with our clients" brand identities while ensuring optimal functionality across various platforms. You should have a strong grasp of visual design principles, user interface design, and responsiveness, with experience in mobile app design considered a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Website UI/Visual Design: Create visually appealing user interfaces for websites that align with brand guidelines and are aesthetically engaging across different devices. - Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with UX designers, developers, and project managers to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. - Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts and improve user flows for websites. - Responsive Design: Ensure all designs are fully responsive and optimized for various devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones. - Design Consistency: Create and maintain style guides and design systems to ensure a consistent look and feel across web platforms. - User-Centered Design: Apply user-centered design principles to enhance user experiences, focusing on usability and interaction design. - Stay Updated on Web Design Trends: Keep abreast of the latest UI/visual design trends, best practices, and emerging web technologies, implementing them in projects when relevant. - Feedback & Iteration: Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders, team members, and user testing. Requirements: - 4+ years of proven experience in UI/visual design with a strong portfolio showcasing website designs (experience in mobile app design is a plus). - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Strong understanding of responsive design, visual hierarchy, and modern web design principles. - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end technologies (a plus). - Experience with creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and detail-oriented design. - Ability to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders. - Familiarity with design systems and component-based design workflows. - Basic knowledge of animation and micro-interactions (a plus). - Strong time-management skills.
