Detailed Project Report Expert- (Roads & Highways)

As a DPR Engineer / Specialist in Roads & Highways at Organic 121 Scientific Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve preparing, reviewing, and finalizing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for road and highway projects. You will be responsible for coordinating with design, survey, and environmental teams to ensure technical accuracy, compliance with MoRTH/IRC standards, and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and compile Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for roads, highways, and expressway projects following MoRTH and NHAI guidelines. - Coordinate with survey, design, and geotechnical teams to incorporate field data and engineering designs. - Review alignment plans, geometric designs, pavement designs, cross-sections, and drainage plans. - Analyze traffic studies, soil investigations, hydrological data, and topographical surveys. - Estimate project costs including BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and economic feasibility. - Ensure adherence to IRC, MoRTH, and other relevant codes and standards. - Create technical presentations, progress reports, and documentation for client submissions. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, environmental, social impact, etc.) for comprehensive DPR preparation. - Assist in tender documentation and project bid preparation when necessary. Required Qualifications: - B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Transportation / Highway Engineering preferred). - 3-6 years of relevant experience in DPR preparation for highways/road infrastructure projects. - Proficiency in design software such as MX Road / OpenRoads, AutoCAD Civil 3D, STAAD, and MS Project / Primavera. - Strong understanding of IRC codes, MoRTH specifications, and NHAI procedures. - Excellent technical writing and documentation skills. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams and deliver results within deadlines.,
