As a Travel Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals. You will be expected to identify, qualify, and follow up with potential clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings. Your role will involve understanding clients" travel preferences and requirements to offer them suitable travel packages including destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities. In this role, you will present and promote travel packages to clients, providing them with detailed information about itineraries, pricing, special offers, as well as advice on destinations, cultures, customs, weather, and activities. It is crucial to build and maintain relationships with travel and tour vendors while keeping yourself updated with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination knowledge to better assist clients. Handling client inquiries, resolving concerns, and addressing feedback in a professional and timely manner is a key part of this role. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and organized records of client interactions, bookings, and sales activities to ensure effective follow-up and customer service. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 1+ years of experience in travel sales, along with strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. A good knowledge of travel products and services, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are also required for this role.,
