Destination Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Destination Expert to join our team. In this role, you will specialize in a particular country or region and assist travelers or clients by offering insights, planning personalized itineraries, and ensuring an exceptional travel experience. You’ll work closely with sales, customer support, and operations teams to bring each destination to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the go-to expert for your assigned destination(s).
• Design and customize travel itineraries based on customer preferences, budget, and travel style.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of destination-specific attractions, accommodations, transportation, and local culture.
• Liaise with local vendors, hotels, and tour operators to ensure quality services.
• Assist the sales team in converting leads by offering destination-specific insights.
• Stay updated with travel advisories, visa requirements, and health/safety regulations.
• Handle client queries pre- and post-travel related to your destination(s).
• Participate in travel fairs, webinars, and training sessions to promote destination awareness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
