We are seeking a motivated and well-organized Admin cum Marketing Executive to manage our workspace. Key Responsibilities : Administrative Responsibilities : Maintain smooth day-to-day operations and ensure professional workspace standards. Coordinate workspace bookings and maintain occupancy records. Assist with invoicing, payment follow-ups, and maintaining client databases. Marketing Responsibilities : Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns to promote workspace rentals. Create and manage social media posts, reels, and promotional content. Support lead generation through follow-ups. Help organize promotional events, walk-in tours, and client engagement activities. Required Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years experience in admin and/or marketing roles, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or workspace sectors. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency understanding of marketing strategies and customer handling. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Work Location: In person
