Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to provide second-level technical support to end users. You will handle escalated issues from L1 support, troubleshoot more complex hardware/software problems, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve escalated technical support tickets (hardware, software, and network-related).
• Must have experience with Google Workspace , G Suite
• Perform installations, configurations, upgrades, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights via Active Directory, Exchange, or other IAM tools.
• Support remote users via tools like Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, or similar.
• Participate in deployment and patching of systems and applications.
• Handle asset management and inventory tracking for IT equipment.
• Escalate unresolved issues to L3 support or vendors as required.
• Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and issue resolutions.
• Provide occasional on-call or after-hours support based on business needs.
• Should have some experience with nerworking as well.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 2–6 years of experience in IT support

Strong knowledge of Google Workspace.

Proficiency with Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, and networking basics.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
