Roles and Responsibilities

Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patch management, antivirus updates, and disk space monitoring.
Troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues and provide technical assistance for network-related problems.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-9 years of experience in Desktop Support or related field.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7/8/10) and basic networking concepts.
Proficiency in installing/configuring desktops/laptops/printers/peripherals; troubleshooting common hardware/software issues.
