Job Description

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to handle computer hardware, software, networking, and technical support activities. Candidates should be willing to travel to customer locations for field service work.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Install and configure desktop computers, laptops, and printers.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Install Windows OS and required applications.
• Handle LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic networking issues.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Perform computer hardware upgrades and maintenance.
• Configure MS Office, email accounts, and other software.
• Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
• Visit customer locations for on-site technical support.
• Handle field service calls and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Knowledge of Windows installation and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, and networking.
• Knowledge of printer and laptop troubleshooting.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for field service work.

Qualification

• Diploma / Any Degree (Computer Science, IT, or Electronics preferred).
• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must have a two-wheeler.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
• Must be willing to handle office and field work.
