Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Installation and configuration of Windows 10.
Installing and troubleshooting Mail Client such as Outlook and Thunderbird.
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations
Monitor performance and ensure system stability, availability, and reliability.
Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
Administrating backup and recovery of Desktops & Laptop.
Configuring & troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptops.
Trouble shooting Hardware and software applications problems.
Configuring & troubleshooting of printer, scanner & LAN related issues.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of connectivity problems using Ping, Trace route.
Support operation teams in resolving technical problems.
Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
Remotely resolving application problems and network in Branches.
Asset maintenance for the Branches.
Good Documentation Skills.
Ticketing tool experience, SLA handling and closure.
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Willingness to Travel
