As a DTP Operator at Chinmaya International Foundation, you will play a crucial role in preparing and producing high-quality scholarly and spiritual publications. Your main responsibilities will include typesetting, formatting, and beautifying manuscripts, ensuring precise Sanskrit typing, and preparing manuscripts for final publishing. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, typeset, and format manuscripts using Adobe InDesign and related publishing tools. - Type Sanskrit texts accurately and efficiently using the Inscript keyboard. - Ensure that the layout and design of books are visually appealing and ready for publishing. - Organize and maintain publication files, records, and revisions. - Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel for data management. - Collaborate effectively with editors, proofreaders, and supervisors to meet project deadlines. - Manage workload efficiently to ensure timely delivery of projects. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Sanskrit, Literature, or a related field. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct errors. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
