Job Description: 1)Experience 4 to 5 years as L2 2) Thorough knowledge of OS / AD / Group policies /MDM solution 3) Certification on VMware / Citrix 4) Knowledge of PowerShell 5) Basic understanding of Network & Voice Role & responsibilities 1) Ownership of desk side problems 2)Troubleshooting and finding solutions to deskside problems, including root cause for all kinds of end-user incidents 3)Create SOPs to be used by L1/L2 4)Training L1 & L2 on troubleshooting SOPs 5)Write scripts for resolving of end-user issues 6)Provide support on escalated cases and drive them to quick resolution Preferred candidate profile
