Job Description

As a Desktop Analyst 1 at Capgemini in Lynn, MA USA, you will utilize your beginner knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy to support Windows and IoS corporate devices. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various teams to resolve incidents and execute change tickets, as well as installing business and common applications like Microsoft and third-party tools. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Desktop Family Operating Systems such as Windows 7/10. A basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including servers, network devices, cloud components, and associated interconnections, is also required. Desired skills for this position include excellent verbal and written communication, effective time management, team handling, organizational skills, client interaction, and escalation management.
