Job Description

You will be working as a Desktop Analyst 1 at Capgemini located in Lynn, MA, USA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and maintenance for corporate Windows and IoS devices. Your duties will include coordinating with various teams to resolve incidents and execute change tickets, installing business and common applications, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Desktop Family Operating Systems such as Windows 7 and 10. Additionally, you should have beginner knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and a good understanding of IT infrastructure concepts including servers, network devices, and cloud components. Desired skills for this position include excellent verbal and written English communication skills, effective time management, team handling abilities, and client interaction and escalation management experience.
