Job Description 1. Strong experience business process application design, development and implementation in TIBCO AMX-BPM 2. Should be able to provide TIBCO BPM solutions including Org Model, Case Data Models, Business services, processes, pageflows and case actions based on functions requirements. 3. Integrate BPM solution with other enterprise frameworks including UI and web services to provide E2E solutions. 4. Experience on SOAP, REST and web services in general 5. Experience on TIBCO AMX BPM administration to package and deploy the BPM applications to different environments. 6. Knowledge on TIBCO EMS, Unix and Oracle DB 7. Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS 8. Basic understanding of Java and Hibernate 9. Experience on Code versioning system - GIT 10. Experience in TIBCO BPM upgrade from lower version to higher version - NICE TO HAVE 11. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand the requirements to provide technical solutions and implement software features 12. Collaborating with L1 support and Ability to give L3 support and resolve production support issues on the existing applications. 13. Ability to prepare technical documentation 14. Supporting the deployment, integration testing and system testing in all the Non-Production implementations. 15. Supporting the production implementations from the developer standpoint, when needed.

Organize, assign, and delegate necessary engineering and design tasks to produce construction documents in conjunction with a team of engineers and designers. Manage scope, budget, and schedule to meet project goals. Coordinate and collaborate real time with other disciplines such as electrical, structural, architectural and process to develop designs. Independently lead plant design activities as an area/system leader and coordinate with multi-discipline designers. Perform Internal plumbing system include domestic cold hot water supply, soil, waste venting, rainwater down takes disposal systems based on rainfall intensity, basement drainage, subsoil drainage. Hydraulic design calculation for water supply, sewerage, and storm water system through excel sheet. The knowledge of relevant software performing the above calculations shall be preferred and given advantages including Auto CAD, Revit, BIM 360, plumbing software, SprinkCALC etc. Perform quality review checks for 2D/3D modelling. Hot water system including Hot water generator, Domestic Steam boiler and heat pump etc. relevant design calculations as per standards applicable code. Effective Communication with client leads in understanding delivering the scope of work on timely manner with utmost quality. Develops designer effort-hour estimates for plumbing system. Exercise judgment in developing plans or alternatives and work with teams to assure quality plans. Provide guidance and mentoring to project engineers and designers on a project-by-project basis. Display strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines. Requirements: Must have knowledge on US Plumbing design codes standards. Must have worked on plumbing systems of US projects. Fire Fighting system design knowledge on including sprinkler, hydrants (internal external), water curtain, plant rooms and water tanks, fire extinguishers, gas suppression system, signages as per relevant standards and applicable local international codes. Design knowledge of gas supply systems will be an added advantage. Knowledge of the HVAC system will be an added advantage. 8+ years of Experience in plumbing design. Relevant engineering/design experience in industrial/advanced technology sector/Life sciences. Semiconductor, Life sciences/Pharma, Food Beverage experience is preferable. Engineering/ design experience in plumbing, fire protection systems. Ability to interact with other engineering disciplines, clients, and vendors at all levels. Experience using REVIT in a BIM environment will be an added advantage. Good understanding Application of IPC, UPC, US Building Plumbing codes other relevant standards. Proficient in Microsoft suite (Excel). Excellent English level - written and spoken.

Job Overview : The System Engineering Team Lead will oversee the system design, project management, and product approval processes for our electric vehicle charger department. This role requires a deep understanding of system engineering principles, expertise in project tracking, and a robust background in design reviews and product certifications. The candidate will have 12 to 20 years of experience in these areas, with familiarity with NABL labs, global certification bodies such as ARAI, ICAT, UL, TUV, and documentation standards likeAutomotive Industry Standards (AIS). Key Responsibilities: 1. System Design & Development: The candidate will have a solid foundation in electrical and electronics principlesAnd should have a thorough understanding of electric vehicle chargers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to address complex technical issues. Well-Versed in Technical Aspects of Field Projects, Including Product Knowledge and Site Conditions Experience with the technical aspects of field projects, including detailed product knowledge and site conditions, is crucial. Effective communication with clients to assess their needs and explain complex technical concepts is essential. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Conduct comprehensive design reviews, providing critical feedback and ensuring that all design aspects align with project goals and industry standards. Facilitate collaboration between engineering teams, R&D and the NPI to address design challenges and optimize solutions up to mass production . 3. Product Approval, Certification&Documentation & Compliance: Oversee the product approval process in compliance with NABL labs and global certification bodies such as ARAI, ICAT, UL, and TUV. Ensure that all products meet required standards and obtain necessary certifications for market readiness. Develop and maintain detailed documentation as per AISstandards, including design records, project reports, and compliance documentation. Ensure that all engineering documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. Keep track of industry charging standards and protocols and create charging protocols for the company. Execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research. 4. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and support the engineering team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting professional development and skill enhancement. 5. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including internal NPI,SCM, Sales teams, customers, and certification bodies. Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions effectively to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
