As a UI/UX Designer at Cognitionteam, you will have the opportunity to showcase your 02 years of experience in designing user interfaces for products or services. Your role will be based in Ahmedabad with Hybrid/Remote flexibility, allowing you to work in a dynamic environment. If you are a fresher with a strong portfolio, we encourage you to apply and demonstrate your skills in UX process, wireframes, prototypes, and design work. You should be proficient in using design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software. A basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is essential to effectively bridge design and development aspects. Your ability to create user journeys, personas, and conduct usability testing will be crucial in crafting intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Having a Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field is expected. Additionally, experience working on SaaS products or enterprise web applications, familiarity with motion design, animations, or micro-interactions, and knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) are considered advantageous. Collaboration in Agile environments and proficiency in tools like Zeplin, InVision, or Storybook is also a plus. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design user-friendly features, creating wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design assets, and conducting user research and usability testing. You will be responsible for building and maintaining design systems and UI guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across platforms and devices, and working closely with frontend developers for a seamless design-to-development handoff.
