Overview We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural design principles and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. This role requires collaboration with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring projects from concept to completion. Duties Develop and present architectural designs that meet client requirements and comply with regulations. Create detailed drawings and models using software such as AutoCAD and Sketchup, 3ds Max etc Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary data for design development. Collaborate with project management teams to ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to budget constraints. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Skills Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD and Sketchup. Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Creative problem-solving abilities to address challenges throughout the design and construction process. Attention to detail in both design work and documentation processes.
