As an Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading projects and managing Design & Project Partners. Your responsibilities will include evaluating various design stages such as Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding and Negotiation, and Construction Administration. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that Project Designs are not only efficient and practical from a user perspective but also functional and accurate. You will be required to address customer needs for modifications during the build-out phase while maintaining a balance between quality and techno-commercial aspects. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong background in architecture and design, excellent project management skills, and a good understanding of regulatory norms. Your key responsibilities will involve acting as a technical expert on specialized designs, making independent decisions on architectural problems, and managing the design process efficiently. You will also be responsible for stakeholder management, safety & risk mitigation in design and construction, corporate responsibility & sustainability, team management, and design/quality audit. To excel in this role, you should have expertise in High rise commercial buildings, IT parks, Data centers, hotels, and retail establishments. A demonstrated track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale mixed-use projects, as well as experience working with quality systems and processes, will be beneficial. Additionally, effective communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, prioritization skills, a passion for the design and development process, and an understanding of construction and materials are essential for this position.
