Job Description

Responsibilities:

Participate in research and design activities to understand client and user needs, contributing to meaningful and innovative solutions.
Assist with on-site client or user engagement activities as needed.
Deliver high-quality design work within deadlines through guided, collaborative contributions.
Actively learn about the design discipline, team operations, and organizational standards while continuously improving skills.
Contribute to studio initiatives, such as creating studio assets, participating in community projects, and supporting volunteer activities.
Assist in facilitating design thinking workshops and proactively seek mentorship within and outside the discipline.
Demonstrate basic critical thinking, problem-solving, and craftsmanship with the ability to craft and present compelling design stories.
Show understanding of the brand, products, and fundamental design thinking principles.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across design, business, and technology.
Stay updated on digital media, design trends, and tools while beginning to acquire practices in agile and issue tracking.
Display a positive, open-minded attitude, contribute ideas proactively, and maintain a strong work ethic.
Support new teammates in understanding team processes and culture.
Participate in design communities, competitions, and public engagements.
Build and share a strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities.
