Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our dynamic team focused on enhancing visual communications within the pharmaceutical industry. As a Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and regulatory standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate complex scientific information into visually engaging materials.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory to develop visual assets for various projects.

- Create and design digital and print materials such as brochures, presentations, websites, advertisements, and packaging that adhere to brand guidelines and industry regulations.

- Ensure all visual content effectively communicates complex scientific information to diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals, patients, and stakeholders.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design technology to continuously improve and innovate our visual communications strategy.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

- Proven experience (2 years) working as a Designer, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.

- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and technical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Knowledge of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical industry guidelines preferred but not required.
