About The Role

What Makes The Role Successful

• Specialized Lighting Design Expertise: Proven experience in designing lighting solutions for corporate and workplace interiors, with a minimum of 4 years in lighting or interior design, ideally in commercial projects.
• Creative Concept Development: Ability to conceptualize and develop innovative lighting schemes that enhance aesthetics, functionality, and occupant well-being.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in creating lighting layouts, fixture specifications, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD; adept at 3D visualization and rendering with SketchUp, 3ds Max, and V-Ray to accurately depict lighting effects.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat for presentation boards, mood imagery, and design documentation.
• Knowledge of Lighting Standards: Familiarity with industry standards, energy codes, and sustainable lighting practices, including LED technology and controls integration.
• Collaboration & Independence: A collaborative team player with the ability to coordinate effectively with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, and vendorswhile also thriving when working independently.
• Communication & Presentation: Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present concepts persuasively to clients and stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in technical documentation, fixture schedules, and ensuring on-site execution matches the design intent.
  

What We're Looking For

• You are a Lighting Designer with a minimum of 4 - 7 years of relevant experience of interior projects.
• You have advanced knowledge of 3D-StudioMax, V-Ray and Adobe Creative Suite.
• You should be able to produce results in a fast paced environment.
• You have experience in the production of quality imagery including lighting,texturing and post-production work.
• You should have a good understanding of lighting solutions.
