Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Architect to join ourgrowing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design, spatial planning, andproject execution. This role requires collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliverfunctional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet project goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior and architectural concepts for residential, commercial, or
• hospitality projects.
• Create detailed 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and presentations.
• Meet with clients to gather requirements, understand their vision, and present
• design solutions.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and lighting.
• Prepare working drawings and support documentation for execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site supervisors during implementation.
• Ensure design aligns with local codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
  

Qualifications & Pre-requisites

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in interior design or architectural practice.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar.
• Strong design and visualization skills, with an eye for detail and space.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
