Designer Engineer - Radiology Equipment's

As a Mechanical Engineer with 4-8 years of experience and a BE in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, your role will involve leading the development of mechanical components and systems for Medical devices, SPM, and Electromechanical Products. **Key Responsibilities:** - Defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables for mechanical device design and development projects. - Developing strategic plans and roadmaps aligning with company goals and market requirements. - Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. - Creating detailed designs using advanced CAD software and engineering tools. - Conducting engineering analysis, including finite element analysis (FEA) and thermal analysis, to optimize performance. - Implementing design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles. - Overseeing prototype fabrication and leading testing activities for design validation. - Collaborating with teams to identify design improvements and optimization opportunities. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry specifications. - Providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and serving as a subject matter expert in mechanical engineering. - Leading design reviews, presenting project updates, and driving decision-making processes. - Collaborating with research and development teams to explore advanced materials and design methodologies. - Utilizing CAD software to create detailed 2D and 3D designs, generating prototypes, and conducting feasibility studies. - Performing engineering calculations and simulations to evaluate design performance and structural integrity. - Overseeing prototype fabrication, coordinating testing activities, and iterating on designs for improvements. - Working with testing labs and external vendors to conduct validation tests and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Documenting design changes, technical specifications, and test results according to company and Regulatory standards. - Maintaining Technical File, DHF, and Device Master Record for the devices. - Guiding product sustenance activities as per ECN and TPA Procedure.
