Designer cum sales executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with hands-on expertise in CorelDRAW and a strong sense of visual design, layout, and branding. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creative thinking, excellent organizational abilities, and strong communication skills. The role also requires the capability to manage projects and coordinate effectively across teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, print-ready designs using CorelDRAW and other industry-standard tools.
• Develop layouts for marketing materials, packaging, signage, merchandise, and corporate branding.
• Interpret client briefs and translate them into visual concepts with precision and creativity.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, sales) to ensure design alignment with business objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with effective time management.
• Review and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, accurate, and on-brand.
• Coordinate directly with clients, vendors, and printers for design approvals and production specs.
• Supervise or guide junior designers when necessary.
• Contribute ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in CorelDRAW (essential); knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of print design, layout, typography, and colour theory.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control in design output.

Qualifications: Educational:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience).

Job-Related Experience:

• 0-4 years of experience in a graphic design role (preferably in a print or production environment).
• Proven portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and creative capabilities.

Additional Preferred Traits:

• Familiarity with pre-press and printing processes.
• Experience managing client communications and revisions.
• Ability to handle constructive feedback positively and iteratively improve designs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹36,692.04 per month
