Key Responsibilities: Design and analyse steel structures, insulated panels, and prefabricated buildings to ensure structural integrity and compliance with industry standards. Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and reports for projects. Work with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met. Conduct site visits to monitor construction and ensure adherence to design specifications. Utilize structural analysis software such as Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar for structural modelling and analysis. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and safety regulations. Identify and solve structural design challenges effectively. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. 2 to 4 years of experience in structural design and analysis, preferably in steel and prefabricated structures. Proficiency in structural design software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). Strong understanding of construction materials, load calculations, and connection designs . Preferred Qualifications: Experience in designing pre-engineered buildings (PEB), warehouses, industrial structures, and insulated panel systems . Knowledge of international and local building codes (such as AISC, IS Codes, Eurocodes, or others as per location requirements) . Certification in structural engineering or related fields is a plus.
