Design Thinking Educator

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Design Thinking Educator to design and deliver learner-centered experiences that build creativity, problem-solving, collaboration, and empathy. The educator will guide students through the design thinking process—empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test—while fostering a growth mindset and real-world application of skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate engaging lessons, workshops, or courses based on design thinking principles
• Teach human-centered problem-solving using real-world challenges
• Guide learners through research, ideation, prototyping, and iteration
• Create inclusive, collaborative learning environments that encourage experimentation
• Assess student learning using formative and reflective methods
• Integrate design thinking with existing curricula (STEM, entrepreneurship, social impact, etc.)
• Mentor learners on teamwork, communication, and presentation skills
• Collaborate with educators, partners, or industry mentors to enhance learning experiences

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,567.84 - ₹25,000.00 per month
