WHO YOU WILL REPORT TO You'll report to the Senior Graphic Designer/Associate Creative Director and work closely with the Hunger Inc. brand team. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Design Support: Assist in creating visual assets for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal storytelling. Digital Design: Create social media graphics, WhatsApp creatives, performance ads, and emailers. Print & Packaging: Help design menus, postcards, packaging, and labels with guidance from the team. In-store Design: Support in shaping the look and feel of physical spaces 3 from menu boards to signage. Collaboration: Work with the creative and marketing team to ensure visuals align with storytelling and brand purpose. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Creative Thinker: You can turn a brief into visuals that are both engaging and on-brand. Detail-Oriented: You care about the little things 3 alignment, spacing, and color balance. Experience: 1-3 years of design experience with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Motion graphics or video editing is a plus. Organized: You can manage timelines and deliver quality work on schedule. Collaborative: You9re open to learning, value feedback, and enjoy being part of a creative team. Ability to translate technical details into concise and easy to understand written form. Ability to write relevant components of a proposal document (e.g. answer specific RFP questions).
