Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure coherence across all design outputs. Technical Expertise and Innovation Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continually improve design output and team capabilities. Ensure all designs are optimized for various digital platforms and responsive across devices. Proficiently use design software and other relevant tools. Quality Control and Production Oversight Oversee the production of high-quality deliverables including website graphics, social media content, email campaigns, print materials, presentations, and other promotional assets. Implement quality control measures for all finished artwork produced by the design studio. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, and other relevant teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions. Provide design expertise and consultancy to other departments when needed. Continuous Improvement Analyse project outcomes and gather feedback to refine design processes and improve team efficiency. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in graphic design. Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across multiple formats (print, digital, multimedia). Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools. (Power Point) Excellent understanding of layout, typography, and color theory. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and concepts to team members and stakeholders. Ability to balance creative thinking with strategic planning to deliver projects that meet business goals. Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design best practices is a plus. Ability to collaborate in a remote or hybrid work environment. Preferred: Experience in working with global teams and understanding cross-cultural design sensibilities.
