Requirements: 1. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering 2. Minimum 5-7 years of similar experience (preferably in Consultancy field). 3. Knowledge of local codes (NBC, ASHRAE, ISHRAE, CODES ETC.) 4. knowledge of HVAC design systems with all relevant calculation & system selection like DX,VRV, Chillers (Air cooled and water cooled) , Plumbing & Fire Fighting and AutoCAD. 5. Positive mindset. 6. Candidate Should have very good written and verbal communication skills in English. 7. Co-ordinate Mechanical layout with another services layout. Job responsibilities of the role: 1. Designing and developing mechanical HVAC engineering services like Airconditioning & Ventilation, Water supply, Drainage & Firefighting. 2. Manage Design Questionnaire, Space planning, Design basis/ concept report in consultation with Electrical counterpart. 3. Develop mechanical calculations, and Preparation of MOEF, support documents like calculation as per the Authority drawing & Equipment schedules. 4. Developing Specifications and BOQ of the same. 5. Apply technical knowledge to resolve the problems and willing to learn new skills. This position is responsible for assisting Senior Mechanical Design Engineers on various projects in development of design concepts, calculations, schemes and authority required documentations.
