As a Design Resource at our company, you will be responsible for developing high-quality formatted proposals in response to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives. You will also create Pitch decks and Capability decks in both digital and print formats. Collaboration with subject matter experts, sales teams, and other stakeholders is crucial to gather necessary input and ensure design accuracy and completeness. Additionally, you will handle video creation using Adobe After Effects, manage proposal timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely submission and compliance with requirements. Continuous improvement of templates and content libraries will be a key aspect of your role to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in design software such as Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects, Web Video, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma. A highly proficient content specialist with a background of working in the IT industry is preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with experience in video creation and editing, including Video Post-Production. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are also important qualities for this position.
