You will be a part of our company as a dynamic, aspirational, and experienced Structural Design Engineer. In this role, you will develop safe and efficient structural solutions, undertake design resolution and preparation of calculations, and manage Junior Engineers, CAD and Revit technicians for project delivery at all stages. You will be responsible for ensuring the checking of all design output and coordination between other disciplines, developing designs, meeting delivery timelines as per agreed programs, and ensuring that all design work is carried out in accordance with Optimal Design quality standard procedures. We are seeking a Masters" degree qualified Structural Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in structural design works for building structures (concrete and steel). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with all kinds of structural framing systems for gravity loads and lateral loads, as well as dynamic analysis of structures for designing efficient structural systems. Proficiency in digital tools like Revit, BIM360, and design software such as Etabs, STAAD, and Safe is essential. Additionally, the candidate should be fully conversant with Indian and international design standards and codes.,
