Key Skills: Catia, GD&T, simulation (CFD, thermal analysis), ECN, DFMEA, DFM/DFA, failure analysis, project handling, design release, PLM, Zoho Roles & Responsibilities: Create 2D and 3D data using Catia with GD&T and perform design calculations with tolerance stack-up. Handle projects, implement ECNs, release designs, and track progress according to SOP. Conduct design review meetings, IQCS meetings, and prepare MISP, PDQAS, and inspection plans. Perform DFMEA, DFM/DFA, and RCA for failure analysis. Perform simulations including CFD (airflow) and thermal analysis. Adhere to system processes such as PLM, Zoho, MSM, or any other tools. Finalize packaging, implement ECNs, release designs, and track progress as per SOP. Experience Requirement: 4-10 years of experience in mechanical design and simulation. Hands-on experience with Catia for creating 2D/3D data and conducting thermal/CFD simulations. Experience in handling projects, design reviews, and failure analysis (DFMEA, DFM/DFA, RCA). Familiarity with system tools like PLM, Zoho, MSM, etc. Education: B.E., B.Tech.
