Youll design dashboards, chat-style agents, data-heavy tables, and admin consolesoptimized for performance, multilingual use, and low-bandwidth contexts. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end UX: discovery ? user flows ? wireframes ? hi-fi designs ? prototypes. Design systems: tokens, components, accessibility states, and documentation in Figma. Craft UX for chat/RAG (citations, sources, feedback loops, eval surfaces). Create data-dense UI (tables, filters, charts) with clear information hierarchy. Run usability tests (incl. Tier-2/3 user cohorts); synthesize insights into iterations. Deliver Dev-ready specs (Auto-layout, constraints, redlines) and partner closely with FE. Support multi-language (Indic) UI, offline/online states, and error/empty/loading UX. Requirements Strong Figma skills (components, variants, variables/tokens, prototyping). Confident with information architecture, accessibility (WCAG), and microcopy. Experience designing for data, forms, and complex workflows. Comfort collaborating in Git-like design workflows and providing design QA.
