We are seeking a Senior Interior Architect with 4-6 years of experience and an Interior Architect with 0-2 years of experience for full-time roles. Qualifications: - Proficiency in space planning, interior design, and architecture. - Strong design orientation. - Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in the interior design industry, preferably in commercial interiors. - Proficiency in design software such as Revit, Sketchup, etc. - Sound knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior details for execution drawings. Key Responsibility Areas: - Drive innovative thinking and provide creative solutions to complex challenges. - Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery. - Lead the design and development process, including concept and detailed design for interior projects in commercial, retail, institutional, healthcare, and hospitality segments. - Ability to understand and create Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to support the team. - Collaborate effectively with teams, contractors, and consultants to achieve project goals. - Document project details and resources. - Demonstrate leadership skills to motivate and lead the team.
