Design Officer - Flashlight - Kolkata

Position : Design Officer/Sr. Officer- flashlight :

Job objectives :

• Support Design team by inspecting / testing new developed component, Product , competition product.
• Assembly and feedback of Prototype and Trial samples.
• Support the team by interaction with suppliers for PR/PO in SAP.

Job responsibilities :

• Maintain Design Documentation
• Assembly of 3D printed prototype and Trial moulded components.
• Inspection and testing of new Product and competition Sample.
• To inspect and test the finish product as per BIS specifications and to complete the documents as laid down in BIS certified.
• Ensure daily design developments and changes are accurately updated into system and communicated to the relevant team members.

Key skills required for this position :

• Knowledge of instruments for quality Control.
• Strong ability in solving problems in assembly / fitment
• Coordination with cross-functional teams for new product development, value engineering .
• Knowledge in M.S. Office.

Essential educational qualification profile of the candidate:

• Diploma in mechanical design.
• Knowledge of Any CAD or ERP software.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in product testing , Component Inspection, Quality control.
